How do you stay motivated in business? What keeps you motivated?

The number one motivation for me, is my children. It is hard to juggle everything, being a business owner, working from home. But being there for my kids is so important and it is worth all the hard work. It would be hard work to work out of the home as well and I rather be home with them. I do get tired always having to promote my businesses and wondering how much income I will make for the month. But it does seem that we always make just enough. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a regular paycheck, but then I think of working for someone and NO THANK YOU, I love working for myself!
